A lot of life happened to Tim and I in the last part of 2017: Hurricane Irma, travel and moving from our home of 26 years, which pulled me out of the studio for almost 3 months. When I was finally able to settle down and get back to my paint brushes there was a rusty feeling to my creative side. Painting and creating art is just like playing the piano or any other activity, you have to stay in practice to keep your skills and momentum going. Now that I’ve had brushes in my hand for a while, the creative juices are coming back.
Yesterday I took the Micro Strada easel out for a test run. Here is a little video I created to celebrate the event.
